At Aura & Stone Wellness, we offer a range of products, including handmade and curated wellness items as well as branded merchandise. To ensure the best experience, please review the shipping and returns details below, which differ depending on the type of product you order.
SHIPPING
Aura & Stone Wellness Products (Fulfilled by Us)
Orders for items such as crystals, tools, rollerballs, oils, and other non-merchandise products are processed and shipped directly by us.
We typically process orders within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen carrier.
Domestic Delivery: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or incorrect shipping addresses.
Branded Merchandise (Fulfilled by Printify)
All branded apparel and merchandise on our website are made to order and fulfilled by Printify through their global network of print providers.
Production Time: 2–7 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping:
Shipped directly from the Print Provider to you.
The carrier and service level are selected by the provider based on destination and product type.
Tracking is provided whenever available.
International Orders: Customs or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays: Production and delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand, customs, or carrier delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Aura & Stone Wellness Products
We want you to love your purchase.
Unused items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
To start a return, email info@auraandstonewellness.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Due to the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned.
Printify-Fulfilled Merchandise
All Printify merchandise is made to order, so returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right:
Contact us at info@auraandstonewellness.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund in line with Printify’s policy.
Returns are generally not required for defective or misprinted items.
Please note:
Slight variations in print placement or color (within ±0.5") are normal for direct-to-garment printing and do not qualify as defects.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll coordinate with Printify to resolve it.
