Shipping
We are an online shop only. All orders are processed and shipped directly to you.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping times and prices may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
For international orders, Easyship provides tax, duty, and customs documentation and handles import/export compliance to help shipments clear customs smoothly.
Aura and Stone Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns
All other unused, unopened products may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us at info@auraandstonewellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return Process
Contact us for return authorization before sending any items back.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided in our email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
